Just your standard Jhoira of the Ghitu EDH deck really. Use the suspend mechanic to cheat in big bois, like ulamog, the ceasless hunger, Emrakul, the Promised End, Kozilek, Butcher of Truth, etc. The hard part is staying alive after suspending things like that, unfortunately. That's where the control spells come in, like Rewind, Mana Leak, and obviously Counterspell. The time counter altering cards like Clock Spinning: or Jhoira's Time Bug also help you bring stuff in faster when you can, with Show and Tell to help distract your opponents while you attempt to set up Jhoira again if she's removed. There's also a ton of removal to play around with like All is Dust and Obliterate so you can have an empty board for your Eldritch abominations to romp around on.
