Focussed-ish Brion Stoutarm deck (initially based on Ben Ulmer's deck from an old FNPF) that I've been having a ton of fun with, themed around stealing your opponents' permanents and throwing them at your opponents. My main tips for playing with the deck are 1) focus on stealing things that your deck can struggle with: I've particularly had fun (and success) stealing creatures like Beast Whisperer and opposing commanders like Korvold, Fae-Cursed King that can help you refill your hand; and 2) remember that Brion's ability doesn't deal commander damage.

Exciting new toys: Purphoros, Bronze-Blooded from THB is crazy in the deck, so much so that I've added Idyllic Tutor to find it more often. A lot of the other enchantments are good tutor targets, Elspeth Conquers Death for removal, Warstorm Surge to close the game, etc. The Akroan War is another good Theros card: Brion's lifelink means you tend to end up with a very high life total (helped by the fact that people don't feel very threatened by a non-aggressive Boros deck), so even if you take a lot of damage from the second chapter, it can be worth it to get the semi-board wipe and discourage your opponents from playing creatures for a turn.

Win cons: This deck mostly wins by building up board/mana slowly. Defend with board wipes and value removal through Brion's ability plus steal effect, while using his lifelink to buffer your life total. Then take players out with big bursts of damage by flinging a high-power creature. You can steal these from your opponents, or use your own with Serra Avatar or Phyrexian Processor. This deck has a lot of vulnerabilities (counterspells, willbenders, board wipes, Brion getting hated out), but keeping a low profile in the early game tends to be very helpful in lasting until other players are low on resources, and even against decks with strong late-game value you can often sneak a kill with a massive fling. This is a big reason why new Purphoros is so good: being able to sneak-attack a huge Serra Avatar and fling it at instant speed for four mana is not something people tend to play around.

Combos: 1) I've considered cutting the Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Zealous Conscripts combo because it is an infinite and maybe not in the spirit of the deck, but the deck doesn't generally win with it (never in 7-8 games with this deck). Lack of draw + tutors makes it hard to assemble, and you can just choose to use the pieces for utility. The cards all function well in the deck outside of the combo, so I'm leaving it for now.

2) Realm-Cloaked Giant plus Brion and Sun Titan/Inferno Titan: your opponents will almost invariably forget the "all non-giant" part of Cast Off. Just make sure you don't forget and get screwed by an opposing titan or similar. I didn't plan for the deck to be giant tribal, but a lot of them work well with Brion.

3) Mimic Vat plus all sorts of things: Wurmcoil Engine, Bogardan Hellkite and Scuttling Doom Engine are all targets that make for a very fast clock, but like a lot of things in this deck, the Vat can also benefit from imprinting opponent's creatures. Getting something like a Solemn Simulacrum or a Mulldrifter can really ease your ramp/card draw troubles. This is one of the cards I tutor with Gamble most often (yes Enlightened Tutor is almost strictly better, I just don't own a copy).
