This is my modified Mardu Surge deck. I am leaning into warrior tribal and the 'mobilize' mechanic from Tarkir Dragonstorm set. I am trying to keep this deck budget friendly and keep card prices low. If there are any expensive cards in the deck, they are from my bulk cards or taken out of other decks. I also will not put ANY game changer cards or tutors into this deck.
