Processor Assault
Sorcery
Devoid *(This card has no color.) *
As an additional cost to cast Processor Assault, put a card an opponent owns from exile into that player's graveyard.
Processor Assault deals 5 damage to target creature.

I never actually thought of using white, but it look interesting for what you've shown. I also found another white card that could work: Seance. What do you think? I wasn't using Eternal Scourge because it doesn't work with the forces, but since Force of Rage is not that good apparently, I could slide it into the list. Processor Assault was already in my maybe list but I eventually discarded it cause I switched my plan to focus on exiling cards mainly from my graveyard, which is also why I'm definitely going to use Relic of Progenitus. Speaking of which, do you think it should be in the main deck or sideboard?

Been thinking about this sort of strategy for a while. Here's what I've come up with:
First, Eternal Scourge. You'll want 12 copies of "cast from exile" creatures.
Second, Serum Powder. You effectively get Companion pre-nerf, but the creatures are slightly worse with the upside the you might start with 9, 10 or even 11 cards in hand. Might be worth mulliganing once or twice to try and get in some matchups.
Third, early game engines are key. While you probably could use Serum Visions, I really recommend that you use Relic of Progenitus and Pyxis of Pandemonium as turn one plays. Relic is good to control other people's GY, and Pyxis will effectively draw you a card every few turns.
Fourth, consider creature cost reduction effects. Marauding Raptor, is probably the best here, but any way to shave a mana or two off the cost is great. This is because your engine is likely based on having effectively immortal creatures while screwing with your opponent using GY hate and exile-based removal.
Fifth, you should be slpashing white. Your deck should be , because Rest in Peace, Path to Exile are great here. You might consider Perilous Vault as a sort of stored wrath effect. Declaration in Stone is actually solid here, as you can exile a couple of your Scourges and get Clues, effectively being a weird 2 mana Paradoxical Outcome. Of course, don't run too many mediocre removal spells. It doesn't help.
Other random tech that might be interesting:
-
Induced Amnesia, while only good when you have a lot of your creatures in hand, can act as a weird Divination.
-
Detention Sphere is fun with Pyxis. If you ever plan on cracking Pyxis for value, you should have Spheres. Of course, you probably don't want to crack Pyxis anyways because your opponent will get all the real value.
-
Some processor effects, like Processor Assault might be valuable here Especially if you have RIP out.
All in all, it's a weird gimmick that has the ability to randomly beat Dredge while generating value in the form of 'you never gonna get rid of my creatures'. If you get enough cost reduction, you can be playing all of your creatures for only , , or or in the case of Scourge. Remember the cost reduction.
Also, Simian Spirit Guide for the theme. And it also helps you power out some of your cost reductions and engine pieces, so it's good. And yes, FoNe is best here. FoRa? Meh, it's like a bad removal spell, which is okay, but not the greatest.

Here's my take on what to cut:
-
Elvish Aberration: 6 mana is a lot just to ramp. Cycling is nice, but doesn't directly Ramp.
-
Ghitu Chronicler: Again, expensive. There are much better things to do with our 6-mana
-
Krosan Tusker: Same as before. Expensive for what it is, doesn't directly ramp.
-
Magus of the Candelabra: Unless we can double mana somehow, doesn't actually ramp.
-
Nessian Demolok: Can be useful, but I've found tribute usually gets paid with these cards since creatures are pretty easy to deal with.
-
Oblivion Sower: Fun card, but just doesn't fit the deck
-
Treasonous Ogre: Just seems really slow to me
-
Valley Rannet: Same reasons as the tusker
-
Void Attendant: Again, just doesn't fit with the deck
-
Vessel of Volatility: Slow, and I honestly prefer my ramp to be repeatable
-
Land. I usually stick to around 36, I'd go down to there and test to see if it works out all right (Maybe 1 or 2 more since you seem to have a good amount of lands that can be sacrificed).
-
Chromatic Lantern: Pretty much useless in a 2-color deck. Here it's basically an Arcane Signet, but more expensive.
-
The Chain Veil: Not exactly useful here. You have some Planeswalkers, but not enough to really make it worth it.
-
Blood Feud: Too expensive for what it does. Green has a lot cheaper options
-
Burning Inquiry: Not a fan. Cathartic Reunion, Thrill of Possibility, Faithless Looting, etc. are all better in my opinion.
-
Fight with Fire: If you're going to scale up, might as well go with Banefire, Comet Storm, Crater's Claws, etc.
-
Processor Assault: Good value for your mana, but how often does exile come up in your games?
-
Sweltering Suns: Anger of the Gods is better in my opinion.
-
Volcanic Vision: Has potential, but I'm not really seeing a whole lot of spells that make it great.
-
Yawning Fissure: Doesn't fit strategy of the deck
-
Fiery Fall: Expensive.
-
Chandra, Flamecaller: Just meh in my opinion. Chandra, Fire of Kaladesh Flip and Chandra, Torch of Defiance seem like better alternatives.
These are just my thoughts, hope it helped!
(Also, Pyromancer's Goggles seems good here.)

Why is the eldrazi processor commander not including ? If anything, it's that shouldn't be included... I'm going to break with the challenge on this point, because there are literally zero white cards that do processing effects - Eldrazi Displacer doesn't count, and although there are no processors in red, it does have Processor Assault, so we can allow it). So, uh... sorry?

Devoid (This card has no color)
Whenever a spell or ability puts a card from exile into a player's graveyard, put that card onto the battlefield under your control
3/5
It's a simple ability - make all processors do something even more amazing than they would otherwise, and play to the theme for any other cards that may do something similar. My only question is: is it over or under-costed?
Wildcard.

The slate is almost ready... I just want to know which is good out of the following, & which is bad, as well as whether or not Pristine Angel + Concerted Effort + Empty-Shrine Kannushi/Pledge of Loyalty is a legitamite combo that works, & can even deal with Multicolor, & Creature Types regardless of Color.
List: *Gisela, the Broken Blade/Bruna, the Fading Light
*Hanweir Battlements/Hanweir Garrison
Which of these do you recommend? I'm adding my last adds before shaving off whole KGs off this deck...

Here are the cards I found that are in such a color:
*Gisela, the Broken Blade/Bruna, the Fading Light
*Hanweir Battlements/Hanweir Garrison
*Reality Hemorrhage (Possible Sunforger Package add?)
Which do you think would be good for my Boros Deck? Also I omitted Eldrazi Displacer as it is a standard for this deck anyway.
Also, one last question, Since my Kozilek Deck is doing nothing but fail the meter, do you think I should run a 5Color Commander, & if so, what?

There's a slight caveat that that if once the card is already exiled, if it gets exiled again it will be a new object. That is, if your opponent plays Rest in Peace and then plays Processor Assault choosing one of the cards exiled by Helvault to put into your graveyard, that card will stay in exile but no longer be exiled with Helvault.
