Nessian Demolok
Creature — Beast
Tribute 3 (As this creature enters the battlefield, an opponent of your choice may put three +1/+1 counters on it.)
When Nessian Demolok enters the battlefield, if tribute wasn't paid, destroy target noncreature permanent.

Here's my take on what to cut:
-
Elvish Aberration: 6 mana is a lot just to ramp. Cycling is nice, but doesn't directly Ramp.
-
Ghitu Chronicler: Again, expensive. There are much better things to do with our 6-mana
-
Krosan Tusker: Same as before. Expensive for what it is, doesn't directly ramp.
-
Magus of the Candelabra: Unless we can double mana somehow, doesn't actually ramp.
-
Nessian Demolok: Can be useful, but I've found tribute usually gets paid with these cards since creatures are pretty easy to deal with.
-
Oblivion Sower: Fun card, but just doesn't fit the deck
-
Treasonous Ogre: Just seems really slow to me
-
Valley Rannet: Same reasons as the tusker
-
Void Attendant: Again, just doesn't fit with the deck
-
Vessel of Volatility: Slow, and I honestly prefer my ramp to be repeatable
-
Land. I usually stick to around 36, I'd go down to there and test to see if it works out all right (Maybe 1 or 2 more since you seem to have a good amount of lands that can be sacrificed).
-
Chromatic Lantern: Pretty much useless in a 2-color deck. Here it's basically an Arcane Signet, but more expensive.
-
The Chain Veil: Not exactly useful here. You have some Planeswalkers, but not enough to really make it worth it.
-
Blood Feud: Too expensive for what it does. Green has a lot cheaper options
-
Burning Inquiry: Not a fan. Cathartic Reunion, Thrill of Possibility, Faithless Looting, etc. are all better in my opinion.
-
Fight with Fire: If you're going to scale up, might as well go with Banefire, Comet Storm, Crater's Claws, etc.
-
Processor Assault: Good value for your mana, but how often does exile come up in your games?
-
Sweltering Suns: Anger of the Gods is better in my opinion.
-
Volcanic Vision: Has potential, but I'm not really seeing a whole lot of spells that make it great.
-
Yawning Fissure: Doesn't fit strategy of the deck
-
Fiery Fall: Expensive.
-
Chandra, Flamecaller: Just meh in my opinion. Chandra, Fire of Kaladesh Flip and Chandra, Torch of Defiance seem like better alternatives.
These are just my thoughts, hope it helped!
(Also, Pyromancer's Goggles seems good here.)

Crossbow Ambush for Geralt's crossbow.
Silverglade Elemental and Boneyard Lurker remind me a bit of a Leshen.
Ridgescale Tusker and Prowling Pangolin are like a Shaelmaar.
Giant Warthog is a... well a boar.
Ravenous Chupacabra reminds me a lot of the rabid, mangey dogs you find across Velen.
Screeching Harpy is pretty self-explanatory. There are lots of others, but the art on this one is pretty on-point with the Witcher.
Chorts and Fiends kind of look like Baloths and those kinds of beasts in Magic. Nessian Demolok is particularly close, but there's also Baloth Woodcrasher, Blastoderm and Garruk's Companion, among many others.
Werewolves... Take your pick. However very few werewolves in Magic depict them quite like they are in Witcher. They're so gross, painful and deformed in that game, so maybe you can choose some based on that.

sergiodelrio, I'm pretty sure I was thinking of Gemrazer, which I misread. Still, the Harmonize color pie break that was so egregious years ago makes no sense today as green has some of the best card draw and card advantage tools, even surpassing blue when used in creature heavy decks. My main problem lies in their interpretation of the color pie, which I feel is boring and heavily supports planeswalker and creature heavy strategies while also managing to make white even weaker and black and red boring.
I don't keep up with standard, so I was basing that statement off of my misreading of Gemrazer, but I still dislike the spot GB has as the premier color combo for permanent removal when WB seems like the natural choice for permanent removal and RB just seems like it has slightly worse options when both those colors have philosophies of destruction. Anyway, here are some examples of green permanent destruction in Pioneer: Bramblecrush, Destructor Dragon, Display of Dominance, Nessian Demolok, and Sylvan Primordial.

Looks like you're missing three very important things in EDH: Ramp, Removal, and Draw.
Temple of the False God could be helpful.
Moss Diamond isn't the best, but it makes colored mana.
Emerald Medallion is useful in a mono-colored deck.
Prism Ring isn't ramp, but it's good in a mono colored deck also.
Green isn't the best with creature removal, but it is good at destroying artifacts & enchantments.
Acidic Slime is in a lot of green decks.
Nessian Demolok can help with annoying artifacts while Nessian Wilds Ravager can get rid of most creatures (unless their tribute is payed).
Green is good at getting very large creatures, so hopefully you won't have to worry about creature removal.
For spells just for card draw, Collective Unconscious, Shamanic Revelation, and Regal Force can be fun if you're making lots of tokens.

Re: above; Destructor Dragon, Mold Shambler, Nessian Demolok?
Admittedly, there's no decent replacement for Tooth and Nail...
