Welcome to my Arixmethes thematic deck!

Some lore to begin with

First, let's begin with the about Arixmethes and the epic fight between Thassa and Kiora to bind him to her will (published in may 2015). https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/magic-story/drop-drop-2015-05-20 For some reasons the html code doesn't work properly...)

Deck Philosophy

The main idea is to play a thematic kraken deck build around Arixmethes and Kiora's story and quests. It is mainly designed for a multiplayer environment.

I've already tested it several times, and even though it performed very decently, the main weakness was about removals. So one of my main goal right now is about finding the right balance between big creatures, ramp and counters/removals.

I do have 39 lands, which I think is pretty decent for a commander deck which heavily relies on ramp.
