This is my take on using Will Kenrith and Rowan Kenrith as a spellslinger Commander deck.

I did add in the Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, Zealous Conscripts and Deceiver Exarch as an alternative win con, but noticed that getting The Chain Veil and Tezzeret the Seeker with a Rowan Kenrith emblem can make you go infinite with your planeswalkers, so its turned into a pseudo Super friends.

It has enough cards to disrupt combat like AEtherspouts and AEtherize, some help with changing combat like Reins of Power, and Illusionist's Gambit, and cause its blue, its got counters and bounce effects.

I went with obtaining permanents from other players with cards such as Zealous Conscripts, and some help with Dack Fayden.

Getting a few emblems off the planeswalkers, we can abuse some cards such as Comet Storm, Chain Reaction, Volcanic Vision to return some instants and sorceries, and for some serious fun Expropriate.

We can also get some good value off some other spells we copy such as Dig Through Time, Whir of Invention and Electrodominance

Overall, this has been a fun spellslinger deck,turning into a superfriends deck, and it has room for improvement. With the protection, card advantage, and value, you can go off pretty fast with the artifact ramp, and with a few cards to help you control the board, you can keep getting ults off to eventually you just win the game.
