Blue green fun deck meant to power lands out with Uro, control the field with creature into play effects, counters and card advantage.

This is my first trial at building a deck in a very long time. I took a friend's good idea and played with his concepts. I'll tweak it some more after playtesting. Thank you for your inputs in advance.
