Summary:

This is a Voltron deck where you use the arcbound creatures to put plus one counters on Traxos to win with commander damage. This deck also features all the possible ways to proliferate in colorless to make your creatures bigger or to win with the infect subtheme. Many sac outlets help to move modular counters around including Throne of Geth which is the "Golden Pig" of this deck.

Over all this deck is affordable, powerful, and unique.

Any comments are appreciated: Specifically on mana base and maybeboard.

Extra Notes:

The lands that tap for colored mana are only for Etched Oracle because it is amazing card draw for this deck.

The Ozolith is a storage unit for our counters if we do not have additional creatures for modular, and if Traxos gets removed with lots of counters on him. There are also a few non-modular creatures with counters on them.

Scaretiller is in hear not necessarily for ramp, but recursion of my sacrifice lands as to not fall behind on mana and abuse some of the effects.

I have decided not to put in Forsaken Monument in because it is such a staple card now for colorless. I want my deck to be unique.

Ugin's Nexus...Extra turn not in blue, and I believe it is viable with the many sac outlets I have. If I don’t, its static effect prevents others from taking over the game.

Combo: Yes I know is is 5 but it an infinite combo in colorless. Clock of Omens+ 2 modular 2+ creatures + Cauldron of Souls + Sac Outlet. You also don't not have to infinite and just go a lot with one modular creature and a bunch of artifacts to tap.
