As the Boss sat at his table, he leaned back into his chair whilst his Consigliere and best friend, Coiling Oracle began business anew. Discussing old minutes with the Underboss, a Fauna Shaman named Fiona, and the three Caporegimes, Venser, Shaper Savant, Vendilion Clique, and Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir.

"We have a few new problems trying to muscle their ways into our turf," the Consigliere continued after moving on from old to new minutes. "A few other Bosses from other families that was signed to our past amnesty agreement have been gathering soldiers and have been pushing rather threateningly close to our borders."

Fiona leaned in, not liking the news of this at all. "Who's foolish enough to take on the family?"

The Consigliere looked at Fiona and cleared his throat. "We are being drawn in on all sides at the moment. To the north, the boss is gathering arms faster then ever before. Kaalia of the Vast and her family of 'savages' just can't seem to get in line with the terms of our agreement. To the west, Gaddock Teeg is trying to halt our advances through political conduits. The judges and the politicians he has in his pocket, along with the police are really starting to sniff around and are getting dangerously close to us. Lastly, the eastern family under Arcanis the Omnipotent seem to be stone blocking our advancement of weapon trading outside the city. No matter the time of day, he seems to have a response for us."

Venser sat there and silently began to stroke his facial hair. He waved one of his soldiers who promptly brought him a cigarette and lighter. The news was not very good and he needed the relief of tobacco in his lungs. After blowing a huge cloud into the air, he turned to look at Teferi and Vendi who both looked back with equally grim faces. He looked to Momir Vig and leaned in. "Boss, What's the plan?"

Momir kept leaning back into his chair, looking at the ceiling which now had smoke dissipating around the low hanging lights. Fiona looked troubled. "Boss?" She asked, wondering if he was even listening. The Consigliere touched his shoulder as if to rouse his attention. "Don Vig?"

Momir sighed and sat upright, laying his hands together and placing them onto the table. "If this is the way it has to be, then it has to be. We're declaring war." The silence was thick, like the tension, and he turned to his family. "Teferi, your powers of persuasion are great and unmatchable. I want you to go and.. have a 'chat' with Arcanis. I'm sure you can make his 'responses' unusable." Teferi nodded and stood up, leaving with his lieutenant Seedborn Muse. Momir then turned to another of his Caporegimes. "Vendi. You are a master of trickery. Even I don't know how you stop the things you do but.. your results never disappoint. Go and take care of Kaalia. Make her munitions disappear in our favor." Momir lowered his brow and looked at Vendi with a solemn face. She nodded, staying quiet and moved out with her lieutenant, Tidespout Tyrant. She knew hers was the most difficult task but she could handle it. Momir looked to Venser and smirked. "I leave Gaddock Teeg in your capable hands, Venser. Make him 'disappear', right?" Venser only chuckled and got up, grabbing a fresh cigarette from Magus of the Future and the two of them took their leave.

Momir sighed deeply and looked to his Consigliere. He knew him long enough to know when he was upset with something. "Don.. a new family has started in Arcanis' turf. He is gaining popularity fast and many guns are moving to him." He handed Momir a file with the photo and information about this new leader. Momir looked up to his friend and shook his head. "And," he continued, "He is directly trying to make a home in our turf."

Momir, as if not believing the information, stood up and laughed. "Well now, I suppose I should go and take care of this problem myself.. Come my friend and let us.. deal with this new intrusion." Momir dropped the file on the table and the photo of Johnny, Combo Player fell out.
