Tasigur Control deck in progress. Control / Reanimator / Combo

The game plan is most simply, get infinite mana, then cast what ever spell you want as many times as you need . Tasigur's activated ability, you can flip your deck into your graveyard, then have opponent put it into your hand. Repeat this to get cards back from graveyard to hand again.

Infinite mana comes from either Dramatic Scepter combo, or Palinchron + Deadeye navigator/ Phantasmal Image. The tricky thing here is that Dramatic Scepter needs rocks and dorks to work, while Palinchron Phantasmal needs 7 lands.

The plan to get to this win through a control reanimator play style. Try to hold up mana for relevant counters, and get advantage with Tasigur activations on endstep (Seedborn Muse is messed up for this reason.

If the need arises, use the reanimator package as a tool kit for the board. Need your graveyard back? Seedborn or Eternal Witness. Need boardwipe? Kederekt is your guy. Want cards? Jin-Gitaxias gets 7.

So theres the plan. Control the board until you can funnel mana into Tasigur for the win.

My meta is primarily MTGO, however I am simultaneously building this deck in paper (which is what really sets the budget [~$500] will continue to add as I go).
