Skullbriar, the Walking +1+1 counter

Commander / EDH BG (Golgari) Casual Counters

ThatJenkins

My first draft at a Skullbriar, the Walking Grave deck. The main theme is +1+1 counters, but with some additional synergy and minor combos with sacrificing creatures.

Didn't want to just make a normal +1+1 deck, so tried to do some stuff with sacrifice and graveyard shenanigans. Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord gives us a way to sac our big boys to tank our opponent's life totals. I've had great success with Jarad's Orders to tutor Brawn to the graveyard to give all of our big boys trample. I tried to make sure there were enough redundancies in the deck to accomplish what we wanted to do, like having multiple ways to give our giant zombie trample through Brawn or Nylea, God of the Hunt . I also tried to make sure there was enough ramp and mana-fixing since I think the mana base is pretty bad, but I don't know if there is enough payoff with big cards to necessitate so much ramp. I know Skullbriar wants to go fast, and pretty much always wants to be cast on turn 2 to start accruing counters, so maybe the solution is to skew the ramp and the mana curve down and play it more as an aggro deck?

This is my first time brewing an EDH deck, or any kind of magic deck in general (I'll admit to my filthy net-decking ways lol) so any cool cards or deck building advice is appreciated, and especially advice on improving the mana base.
