This deck started out relying heavily on Sedris, the Traitor King reanimating my dudes which all have ETB effects, but with time, it has turned into a combo deck. Let's take a look...

(Traumatize and/or Mirror-Mad Phantasm and/or a huge Psychic Drain )+(Warstorm Surge and/or Flayer of the Hatebound)+( Liliana Vess or Living Death or Grimoire of the Dead ). Sometimes I can get it off to full effect and sometimes I cannot, but if any combination of those cards are being used together, things can get bad for my opponents.
There are 5 major sections of the deck, Graveyard Fill, Return to Play/Hand, Taking Care of Creatures, Exploiting ETB Effects, and Tutors and Mana Fix (just a bit).

Graveyard Fill: Buried Alive, Body Snatchers, Compulsive Research, Consult the Necrosages , Grimoire of the Dead , Heretic's Punishment , Liliana Vess , Mirror-Mad Phantasm, Thought Gorger , Traumatize, and Psychic Drain . Often times, though, Compulsive Research and Consult the Necrosages are just used as draw spells. I run Cellar Door simply because I have cards that allow my to scry/put creature on the bottom of my library (Crystal Ball, Foresee , Riddle of Lightning , Sea Gate Oracle).

Return to Play:Animate Dead, Dread Return , Grimoire of the Dead , Liliana Vess , Living Death, Profane Command.

Return to Hand: Playing a deck that fills its own graveyard, I have to have ways to recover stuff, especially if I mill my win-con. Body Snatchers, Buried Ruin, Feldon's CaneDisentomb, Gravedigger , Izzet Chronarch , Oversold Cemetary , and Raise Dead , Skull of Orm]]. Dead Reckoning takes an extra turn, but often it comes in handy to get rid of an opponent's dude.

Taking Care of Creatures: These cards either destory or bounce. The creature clones in this respect help take care of Generals that just won't die! Like Uril, the Miststalker, for instance. AEther Adept, Bone Shredder, Clone, Evil Twin, Lux Cannon, Phyrexian Ingester, Shriekmaw, Turn to Frog (this card has saved me on multiple occasions), Unsummon, Vapor Snag, Word of Undoing .

Exploiting ETB Effects: Most of these creature have useful "enter the battlefied" effects. All of them have been mentioned already with the exceptions of Bogardan Hellkite, Conquering Manticore, Frost Titan, Massacre Wurm, Master Thief (he loves EDH), Neurok Invisimancer , and Puppeteer Clique.

The following cards either help me get creatures out faster, or somehow allow their ETB effects to get put back on the stack. Lord of Tresserhorn and Dread Return work very well with Mimic Vat and Nim Deathmantle. Artisan of Kozilek is great and even the Cloudstone Curio can come in handy with creatures as well as the lands I have that give me life. Quicksilver Amulet just gives me fat for cheaper.
