What about Lodestone Golem? It doesn't make your spells cost more, but most of your opponent's will have a harder time casting theirs. Most spells suck when they cost an additional mana. Not sure what you would take out though.

Winding Canyons is sweet
Thawing Glaciers is good value over a long game
Terrain Generator can get ramp basics from your hand

Here are some other suggestions: Piracy Charm. The following cards are more "Thief"-themed cards but they still suit in this deck I think. Morgue Theft, Morsel Theft, Psychic Theft, Thieves' Fortune, Triton Shorethief, Thief of Blood, Scroll Thief, Rootwater Thief (this one is actually pretty sick), Notion Thief, Master Thief, Jhessian Thief, Ingenious Thief, Identity Thief, Grimoire Thief, Dream Thief, Daring Thief (since you have some bad cards, you can exchange them for better cards with an opponent), Bala Ged Thief, Aura Thief

I keep looking at my counterspell package. Hindering Light is a great card, but could it be better? I could swap Dissipate with Void Shatter, but am I getting anywhere? Maybe I'd be better off removing Auramancer's Guise...
Anyways, this is probably the last modification for a while until I get to replace Day of Judgment with Wrath of God and Tragic Arrogance with Cataclysm. If I tune it any tighter, it won't survive in a multi player environment.
As it stands now, I have enough Stax and board wipes to hold out, but killing everyone in one turn is impossible. We rely on our graveyard pretty hard too, so if we eat a Bojuka Bog, that can really hurt. So, if you get into a position to knock someone out, hit the person who is most likely to have grave hate first. Otherwise play the low and slow Stax game

I wonder about Mirror Mad Phantasm now. It is a great self mill card, but can be risky. With more artifacts finding their way in, I may remove it in favor of putting Fountain Watch back in. Ultimately, this deck wants to play the long game, since it is harder for us to rush into big mana.
Seal of the Guildpact looks like a good replacement for AEther Barrier. Ultimately, this package with the Grand Arbiter reduces the overall costs by 6 and taxes my opponents 2, 3 if I include Rhystic Study. At best, we can think of this as 3 recasts, since Bruna will eat the inevitable boardwipe.
Teferi will be a huge boon, but I'm unsure where to fit him in at. So, maybe he will slot in, in place of Mirror Mad Phantasm. But then what about Traumatize? Should I leave it?

I don't know if this counts, but try not to look like a threat until it doesn't matter if everyone is ganging up on you. If getting the tokens turns out to be relevant, then (obviously) prioritise knocking people out.
For cutting, it's probably going to be whatever the table agrees on, for example, everybody cuts the deck on their left.
If you're playing an interactive deck against anybody who is likely to want revenge (Personally, I go for whoever has wronged me like an angry rhino), you could (although I'm not sure if this is OK for tournaments, worth checking) choose targets at random. If you play Master Thief and have 2 different Sol Rings to choose from, it's better to pick with a dice roll than to make yourself a target for one of those players by selecting them.
Finally, the best piece of advice I can give you is: Always, ALWAYS, target the blue player.

I really love this idea! To add some more interaction, you should look at some more artifacts for this deck to let Master Thief have a bit more fun! Such as a Civic Saber or Armored Transport. Greatsword or even a Shield of the Righteous!
