You could steal it but otherwise cdkime is correct. Memnarch, Master Thief, Shrewd Negotiation, Steal Artifact, etc.

Please note that this isn't a strategy that I'm overly familiar with so these may not be the best options.

A lot of your Rogues have less than 3 power which means that sometimes you may may to hit with 2 or 3 creatures to trigger Sygg. How about Cloak and Dagger to increase their power, or it can protect sygg with shroud and occasionally doesnt cost anything to equip.

Door of Destinies / Metallic Mimic - additional "lord" type effects

Faerie Macabre, Nezumi Graverobber - graveyard hate since alot of EDH decks abuse the graveyard

Master Thief - steal artifacts since lots of decks have good artifacts to steal

Zulaport Cutthroat - Rogue blood artist

Oona, Queen of the Fae / Riptide Replicator / Bitterblossom - if no budget - additional Rogue token producers

Dire Undercurrents is the original Kindred Discovery it combos really well with Oona as you can potentially draw and make the opponent discard at instant speed

What about Lodestone Golem? It doesn't make your spells cost more, but most of your opponent's will have a harder time casting theirs. Most spells suck when they cost an additional mana. Not sure what you would take out though.

Hijack or Master Thief targeting your Blightsteel Colossus would suck. Good thing they aren't normally used XD Good thing Dack Fayden isn't Modern legal... he'd be everywhere.

Kjeldoran Outpost seems good, maybe instead of one of the tap lands Port Town?

Winding Canyons is sweet

Thawing Glaciers is good value over a long game

Terrain Generator can get ramp basics from your hand

how has Condemn been for you? strong enough?

what's Expedition Map getting you? Emeria, The Sky Ruin?

Momentary Blink, Acrobatic Maneuver seem good. Instant speed blinks and trickery

How has Master Thief worked out for you?

maybe change out Wrath of God for Rout?

if you want another Mulldrifter I've heard Cloudblazer is pretty good

Wurmcoil Engine seems out of place, maybe Draining Whelk

And you do have a lot of creature kill with Duplicant, Luminate Primordial, and Phyrexian Ingester, so maybe cut the Dungeon Geists for Angel of Invention

still think Gargoyle Castle is the stronger land

Here are some other suggestions: Piracy Charm. The following cards are more "Thief"-themed cards but they still suit in this deck I think. Morgue Theft, Morsel Theft, Psychic Theft, Thieves' Fortune, Triton Shorethief, Thief of Blood, Scroll Thief, Rootwater Thief (this one is actually pretty sick), Notion Thief, Master Thief, Jhessian Thief, Ingenious Thief, Identity Thief, Grimoire Thief, Dream Thief, Daring Thief (since you have some bad cards, you can exchange them for better cards with an opponent), Bala Ged Thief, Aura Thief

Master Thief out and Grand Arbiter Augustin IV is in. This should help us bring down costs more reliably. One day I'll live the dream of a 3 mana Bruna.

I keep looking at my counterspell package. Hindering Light is a great card, but could it be better? I could swap Dissipate with Void Shatter, but am I getting anywhere? Maybe I'd be better off removing Auramancer's Guise...

Anyways, this is probably the last modification for a while until I get to replace Day of Judgment with Wrath of God and Tragic Arrogance with Cataclysm. If I tune it any tighter, it won't survive in a multi player environment.

As it stands now, I have enough Stax and board wipes to hold out, but killing everyone in one turn is impossible. We rely on our graveyard pretty hard too, so if we eat a Bojuka Bog, that can really hurt. So, if you get into a position to knock someone out, hit the person who is most likely to have grave hate first. Otherwise play the low and slow Stax game
