Tried my hand at the new Izzet commander, Rielle, the Everwise! This deck is a wild ride and I really enjoy Rielle: she lets me see most of my deck and threaten to win in several different ways.

For this deck, I'm not interested in self-mill or decking my opponents (though I included Thassa's Oracle just in case), nor am I interested in any infinite burn/draw combos -- although I'm sure this is where Rielle really shines in a more competitive deck. Rather, I went for more of a burn/voltron approach, though I know it slows me down a lot (also left out Narset, because why should I have all the fun?).

The deck aims to win through a few methods: First is Burn: off draw (Niv-Mizzet, Parun, Psychosis Crawler), discard (Glint-Horn Buccaneer, Brallin, Skyshark Rider  ) as well as through slinging spells (Guttersnipe). Second is voltron: we can quickly get a dozen or two instants and sorceries in the yard, and go big on commander damage. Rielle also makes cards like Toothy, Imaginary Friend, Chasm Skulker, and Brallin super big, super quick. Crackling Drake and others like it also represent significant later game threats if they stick on the board.

Having tested the deck a few times, it seems like I should probably lean a little more heavily into the voltron, and a little less into the burn -- I often found myself thinking that the pinging creatures were just too slow, and I would rather drop another wheel and keep swinging. Often putting my faith in the wheel to help find an answer was the right call. What do you folks think?

The one thing I know is missing is any way to get stuff out of the yard: besides Underworld Breach, I don't have much, though Library of Leng and Bag of Holding help with this as long as I'm willing to temporarily forego the voltron approach in the case of the latter. Not really sure what to cut though.
