So this deck, as you have already noticed runs a four mana, white Winter Orb as it's commander. This can be irritating at times because it ruins all mana curves that don't peak at 1. So instead of slowing the deck down and running loads of high CMC artifact ramp I have a low curve and loads of tax effects. I hope you like the deck, I think it's fun.
