Obviously the main concept here is to use Nekusar, and lots of Group draw to inflict pain all around. When Grafted Exoskeleton is equipped to Nekusar, poison counters can close rather quickly. Underworld Dreams, Fate Unraveler, And Kederekt Parasite All add to the pain, and there are very many Effects and spells that will have the whole table Drawing drawing drawing and groaning all the while. There are multiple ways to make creatures "Can't be blocked". And Master of Cruelties loves this. Usually I just send him toward the nearest Player on my left and either Use one of several ping effects to close them out, or let their own draw do it for me. Since this deck tends to take LOTS of hate, Sangromancer and Whip of Erebos help out if a Game gets grindy and goes long. A little discard to keep all the hands from getting too full of options, and a couple counters and bouncers to round out the defense.
