General dimir mill/control shenanigans. Maybeboard consists of alternate commanders I'm trying out as the general is rarely cast. Let me know what you think! The deck doesn't need the commander but I'm looking for one that provides some kind of value since I have access to it at all times. My thoughts on potential generals:

Lazav, Dimir Mastermind The original and the coolest, IMO. Carries a sword well but usually doesn't turn into anything scary in my playgroup. Most voltron elements have been removed from the deck entirely.

Oona, Queen of the Fae Big flyer, cool ability, but 6 CMC is steep, plus it costs additional mana to activate.

Tasigur, the Golden Fang Sweet graveyard/card advantage engine, but definitely more of a build around. It also seems criminal not to include green in a Tasigur deck and we're not trying to completely overhaul here.

Sygg, River Cutthroat Usually draws me cards as I sit there and look innocuous early game and my opponents try to kill eachother, though he has no real synergy with the deck.

Dragonlord Silumgar Kinda leaning this way as he has an effect as soon as he enters the battlefield. Plus, he wears Tasigur's corpse as a necklace. What a baller.

Phenax, God of Deception The mill god, though again, not much synergy with the deck.
