This is a creature-driven, tap-ability Commander deck, using traditional green mana ramp to quickly work up a host of creature- and land-based tap-mechanics, and an infrastructure that supports untapping at your chosing, and during your opponent's (opponents') turn(s).

The deck is configured for a budget, but the maybe board contains options for more expensive upgrades. Anything in the decklist with a high secondary-market cost is probably something I already owned and fit neatly into this scheme - otherwise, the decklist is a cost-conscious one.
