that's quite an impressive list! A lot of artworks I didn't know of. But you also missed a few:

I feel like two of these are actually buildable - Kodama of the Center Tree (assuming that soulshift applies to "dying", and not requiring you to place the creature in the graveyard), and Alexi, Zephyr Mage. By no means are they amazing, but you can Johnny them into a janky build that sort of works.

Kodama of the Center Tree's schtick would be to play a spirit tribal (which, in green, isn't ideal; I admit), coupled with a discard engine that allows you to cheat big spirits (if they exist in green) into play without having to pay for them, simply by having a lot of small spirits on the board.

Alexi, Zephyr Mage would play in a rather vanilla deck that bounced creatures that blocked or something... not entirely unplayable with a good card drawing engine

Kindred Discovery, as mentioned above, for sure. Maybe Alexi, Zephyr Mage as a back-up Rift. More counter magic. A Rogue's Passage. And probably more rocks + the Dramatic Scepter combo to draw your deck, make infinite mana, and win with Voltron or serially milling out your opponents with Blue Sun's Zenith.

Try Alexi, Zephyr Mage, for bouncing opponent's creatures, or Higure, the Still Wind, to bounce your own!

Cards I would cut/replacement:

For Win conditions:

Really up to you tbh. But i think the following options synergize well with your deck.

1) Artifact Win Cons:

Lattice + Forge + Nevi disk. (or really any destroy all artifact)

2) Bounce win con

This one is a bit tricky, but can be done.

This usually revolves on getting ahead with mana rocks or using trickery.

Sunder would be what wins you the game, but Armageddon would work equally as well. Get ahead on rocks a few turns early, the cast it. Or pair it with a card like Taniwha

3) Cloning / stealing wincons / game ending spells

4) Entering the infinte.

Any win con that works with Enter the Infinite.

Infinite mana or omniscience is a play your deck

or even just a Psychosis Crawler.

  • You might have to make more room for these win conditions. but it at least provides you with options assuming that your opponents don't have much to work with

Mistblade Shinobi, Ninja of the Deep Hours, Cephalid Constable could be good. Especially with your commander

Aether Gale, AEther Mutation, Alexi, Zephyr Mage, Displacement Wave, Distorting Wake, Profaner of the Dead, Reality Strobe lol do this!, Scourge of Fleets, Words of Wind (very good if you start swarming with edric/bident of thassa out)

you might want Lifegift as well, people be gunning for blue decks!
