Get +1/+1 counters on lots of dudes, Then use Reyhan, Last of the Abzan to move the counters onto a payoff creature. Based on the modern deck Hardened Scales Affinity.

Enablers: Nissa, Voice of Zendikar , Primeval Protector , Drana, Liberator of Malakir , and Loyal Guardian : Puts a lot of counters into play to move around.

Hardened Scales , Pir, Imaginative Rascal , Winding Constrictor and Corpsejack Menace : Adds more counters when moving counters between lots of creatures.

Death's Presence : Backup Reyhan.

Solidarity of Heroes : Doubles all your counters after you move them onto a payoff.

Planewide Celebration : Can add tons of counters to your board or create a board to put counters on.

Living Death : Used to rebuild after a big turn.

Thrummingbird and Evolution Sage : Proliferate the counters.

Forgotten Ancient : when moving counters you can double them with the other enablers

Deepglow Skate : Bubbling season!

Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest : Gives a lot of counters but only when going all in.

Payoffs (the creatures you want hundreds of counters on):

Chasm Skulker : Makes a lot of squids when it dies.

Fathom Mage : Draws cards when comboing.

Crystalline Crawler : Allows for the making of a ton of mana.

Hangarback Walker : Makes a lot of thopters and can combo with Cranial Plating to kill everyone next turn.

Marionette Master Can just win the game by sacing a few artifacts after putting 40 counters on it.

Mycoloth : you can sac your board in response to the trigger to get a lot of saprolings and get around the problem of everyone seeing that you've used all your resources on the devour. Much more resilient than in other decks especially since in response to removal we can move the counters onto a different payoff and then they wasted a removal spell.

Prime Speaker Zegana : Play after you've moved all your counters on one creature, draw a bunch, hen sac it to move the counters onto the payoff.

Sage of Hours : Easily take “enough” turns.

Toothy, Imaginary Friend : Draw just like fathom mage but it has to leave play.

Walking Ballista : Player removal.
