I really like Edgar Markov. This is my fourth or fifth draft of this kind of deck, and it's probably my favorite thus far with the new cards from RIX.

I'm just super unsure on Kalastria Highborn. I know it's a good card, but I've never had it actually be that impactful... Edgar likes to swing out with a million tokens and buff them all with either himself or the various lords he's running, but I don't see a valuable use for the Highborn other than paying a ton of B after you or someone else boardwipes... And even then, I'd rather just use that mana to cast either Boros Charm, Teferi's Protection, or Bloodcrazed Paladin.

Anyways, that's why I'm not running the highborn. I'm also not running Forerunner of the Legion, because I'd rather just straight up draw a card and +1/+1 until EOT is just boring.
