This is Crackling Drake optimized for multiplayer cPDH. My win condition is commander damage. My game plan is to leverage my powerful permission package and efficient removal to control the table, while casting cheap cantrips to churn through my deck and fill my graveyard. Once I cast Crackles, she's massive. From there, I play protect the queen while I systematically eliminate players with commander damage.

Notes: 1. I've chosen to prioritize the rocks with the ability to draw cards - the ramp is slightly worse, and I'm ok with that.
