Get out the Hog and beat face.

I use Finale of Devastation finding Craterhoof Behemoth as a win condition within the deck.

I have most of the mono black tutors for consistency and to have answers.

Many of the cards in the deck hold strong synergies with each other. An example being Kogla the Titan Ape bouncing Eternal Witness or Slippery Bogbonder back to my hand. Or saving Ghoulcaller Gisa from being removed from the battlefield. Using Garruk Wildspeaker to generate big mana by untapping both Lotus Vale, and Lotus Fields, or both Cabal Coffers and Ancient Tomb with Urborg Tomb of Yawgmoth in play, or Lake of The Dead. Sevala Heart of the Wilds helps with generating big mana and card draw which is super important. Hogaak can easily run out of gas so I typically fetch out Sylvan Library, Selvala,The Great Henge, or Dark Confidant.

Hogaak has a reputation within my local play group. It is strong. Not unbeatable. Strong. Hogaak can come out early,and can easily choke out 1 or 2 opponents before they get established. So they rally together most games and snuff out the Hog before I can get rolling. That's okay. I welcome their attempts and like the games more when everyone shines just a little.
