Working on my very first EDH deck. All cards displayed are what I currently have and would be using. I dont mind minor tweaks and suggestions but this is pretty much just a budget deck to see if I actually like EDH

I am going for a counter/mill deck and I need help breaking down which cards I should be kicking to the curb, as well as the number of blue/black mana I should be using.
