All about cantrips, counterspells, and one infinite mana combo to win the game. It's not necessarily fast, but it has a decent amount of control, card draw, and tutoring to allow efficiency (I think). This was made geared to be able to stop some of the very high powered, competitive decks that win by turn 3 or 4, but can also be used as a strong control deck in middle power or mid-high power games. Not fully tested, however, so it may need some additional tuning.
