This is my Atraxa, Praetors' Voice EDH deck. The strategy of this deck is to deal infect as quick as possible, then proliferate as much as possible. The best strategy is to get Ichor Rats in play, then use cards like Inexorable Tide or Contagion Engine to close out the game by proliferating the infect counters. If you can't tutor for Ichor Rats, there are several spells that allow your creatures to become unblockable to get the infect through.

Some notes:

Mother of Runes is an incredible workhorse for this deck. She can help protect your valuable infect creatures, help their damage get through, and even protect herself, which draws away a lot of your opponents interruption.

Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon (Skittles) acts as almost a secret Commander. Playing him and giving him haste can really take someone off guard and make the game go a lot quicker. Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth is a helpful tool for Skittles.

Temporal Manipulation can be a handy spell if you just need 1 more combat step to close things out. Extra turn spells are always a useful resource, and I think playing it in this deck is a bit of a surprise move.

There aren't any wild combos here, but there are some nice synergies that work quite efficiently. Here are some things the deck will do:

Atraxa + Sword of Truth and Justice + Distortion Strike + Tainted Strike This will take a player from 0 infect to 10 in 1 turn. Equip Atraxa with the sword, give her infect and +1 from Tainted Strike, then make her unblockable and give another +1 with the Distortion Strike. This makes her deal a direct 8 infect damage, then you get two proliferate triggers; one from the Sword upon damage dealt, then Atraxa's ability at end step.

Entomb + Artful Dodge + Eldrazi Conscription I've included Entomb here as a combo piece with Artful Dodge. Entomb acts as a tutor for Artful Dodge, because you can use it's flashback ability to make a creature unblockable. Take harmless Plague Myr, Enchant it with Eldrazi Conscription, then use the flashback to do a lethal 11 unblocked infect! Even if you've already played your Artful Dodge, Entomb is still a competitive play to put a land from your deck to your graveyard as to thin the deck a bit.
