8.7 Took out Manglehorn for Relic of Progenitus. I don't like Tormod's Crypt since its 1 for 1.
7.7 Came to the conclusion that I needed more counterspells, so I took out Natural State out for Mana Leak.
1.7 Took out Exploration since I think Burgeoning(since in multiplayer it's closest legal counterpart to Fastbond) is the stronger of the 2 and its not really an effect you want multiples off. Put in Manifold Insight for now. It has good synergy with Rashmi since every non-land card means a re-draw with the commander. It's a card that helps you refill and perhaps occasionally dig out some hate pieces like Seeds of Innocence or Back to Basics from players that are unaffected by those pieces. Been kinda disillusioned with Manglehorn, but since artifacts win games, its stays in for now. It does have good synergy with Hurkyl's and Cyclonic but being untutorable kinda kills the feels.
26.6 I'm trying something different; Exploration&Burgeoning with more lands. That's right, I'm going oldschool U/G With Rashmi :) Dispel and Lotus Petal out, Island and Exploration in.
21.6 I felt I needed more lands to support Burgeoning and the control plan better, so I took out Baral for a basic Forest.
15.6 Took out Transmute Artifact for Phyrexian Metamorph. Tested Rashmi vs IRl decks and it worked pretty good. Got good value out of Manglehorn and Rhystic Study, and B2B stalled one of the games enough for me to get to the lategame. Considering adding Pongify or Rabid Hybridization as an extra Merchant Scroll target and extra removal to help out with the commander oriented decks in my metagame, like Yidris and Gitrog.
12.6 Took out Exploration, Elvish Spirit Guide and Graf Cage for Burgeoning(better vs Wheels), Forest and Time Warp due to meta things.
24.5 Tried Rashmi on paper, and I noticed I needed more impactful earlygame cards to keep myself in the game. Also, took out Opt for Baral, Chief of Compliance. Should prolly proxy up a Three Visits to better support Baral. Considering Exploration should be Burgeoning to play around wheels better.

20.5 Noticed I had Joraga Treespeaker instead of Trinket Mage in my paper list, so I changed that here too. Not sure which is better. Figured out that if Seasons Past is exiled, there is no way to win, so I guess I include Stroke of Genius to clear that part up. Just need to figure out what to cut.
20.5, bit later: Cut Sleight of Hand for Stroke of Genius. Could see myself replacing Stroke with Copy Artifact(double sceper) at some point.
19.5 Added Hurkyl's after I found ASMs line for winning without Reversal after Enter the Infinite. Cards I'm contemplating: Gilded Drake, Mana Leak, Delay, High Tide, Reset, Baral, Intuition, Repeal, Winds of Rebuke, Telling Time, Mystic Speculation, Life from a Loam
18.5 Editing this to match my Paper list. Gilded Drake seems like a good inclusion at some point.

Wins by getting Infinite Mana, then looping Season's Past with either Beast Within, Thought Scour or Swan Song+another spell
NOTES:
Rashmi and Sensei's Divining Top dance:
Firstly, if you have a 2+ cmc Instant you want to cast, and a top, you can choose to keep the top of your library secret by tapping top and casting it instead of the top card
Also, if you have only interaction and combo pieces in hand, like nothing you would want to cast during your turn, tapping top in upkeep or eot lets you gain a Rashmi trigger without needing to play out stuff from your hand.
You can also stack triggers so that you can shift top as your second or third card. Lets say you have a Signet in hand and Top played out. So, eot you pay 1 to top, and resp to it with the tap ability. You draw 1, then reorganize top as the second card. Go to your turn, draw the card above top and cast your signet or w/e, flipping top to Rashmi.

This is THE LOOP ASM CAME UP WITH. You can also replace Mox Diamond in the combo with Lotus Petal. It makes it bit easier to do since there is one fewer card to deal with.
