This deck is legendary tribal. Sisay, Weatherlight Captain, is the perfect commander that not only cares about legendary permanents, but gets larger with each new threat you add to the board. While the deck is filled with lots of ways to generate mana and huge legendary permanents to put a use to that mana, most of the cards in here are meant to answer threats immediately. Board wipe? Search for Avacyn with Sisay and give your creatures indestructible. Need cards? Tishana and little Fblthp are there to help. About to lose the game? Grab a Lich's Mastery and coast on by. The deck is meant to work quickly and efficiently to assault your opponents from all angles. Oh, and there are 2 win conditions, just in case.(Note: This is a personal deck list, meaning there are only cards in here that I own, meaning that there are absolutely other cards that could go in here that are not there, as I do not have them.)
