This list is a reanimator build that closes the game out with an inifinite mana combo. Ideally, you'll want a way to reanimate a big threat like Jin in the first 2 or 3 turns. After that, play control and keep reanimating threats. Late game is to achieve an infinite mana combo and decks opponents using Tasigur's recursion to bring back several win conditions infinitely.
