The deck is meant to play out like:

T2: Forest and, Radha, Heir to Keld
T3: Mountain, tap Radha, play Explosive Vegetation (or any of the cards with the same ability, grab two lands.
T4: have 6 mana (or 7 if you play another land) readily available to cast things like Hellkite Charger, Avenger of Zendikar, or Apocalypse Hydra and become a huge threat early in the game.
