Aristocrats style deck starring a new Rival of Ixalan Commander. This commander could be a little tricky but I cannot imagine one that's better at spewing out sacrifice fodder. We need to let Elenda go the the graveyard instead of our command zone (so we get the tokens) but there are some tricks in here to get her back. The shell of this deck can be used in other aristocrats builds with Elenda as part of the 99.
