Heavily reworked deck as it lacked a sense of direction. I decided to add more "benefits from drawing" rather than "izzet gud stuff" as it is what the deck wanted to do originally. Lots of low cost spells to guarantee casting something into Arjun and wheeling into one of our main guns, then reload and shoot!

Two Niv-Mizzets, Locust God, millers, Chasm Skulker and Toothy, Psychosis Crawler are the main beneficiaries of the deck. Lots of ramp to get Arjun out ASAP, draw spells to avoid us constantly going down 1 card whenever we cast something, other wheels that reset us to 7 cards, and cheap spells to guarantee wheeling.
