Gitrog Monster EDH. I could use some help cutting this deck down to 100 cards! Any help and/or suggestions are welcome!

I was attempting to make a Gitrog Monster EDH deck that was different from a lot of decklists that I have seen. I strayed from the typical dredge and recursion strategies and focused more on ramping hard into threats. I also included a lot of cards that either discard/sacrifice lands for card draw, including ramp cards that require me to sacrifice lands. My hope is to ramp and draw quickly into any of my Win Conditions and answers to my opponents' plans.
