I have never seen Ghost of Ramirez DePietro used in a deck yet and it has only 27 decks on EDHREC, but I feel this card has unused potential in a wheel deck where you can get one of the cards you wheeled back and effectively break parity of randomness. Tana, the Bloodsower is there for colors and as a wincon. This deck is budget except for cards I currently own. I am working to get this deck in paper. Efficient wincon advice would be appreciated.
