Was previously a mono-blue infect weenies deck led by Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive but the deck was too reliant on combat and getting certain cards, with Tetsuko herself only being useful in specific situations. I decided to take the plunge and convert the deck to Grixis colors and these two seemed like an awesome duo to have at the helm. With Toggo, Goblin Weaponsmith, any of my infect creatures can get infect counters on players without actually entering combat (not to mention that it turns Silas Renn, Seeker Adept into a deathtouch sniper assassin!) Speaking of Silas, his recursion ability works wonders with cards like Throne of Geth, Wayfarer's Bauble and Ichor Wellspring.
