This is my Enchantress deck that I've been building for a while now. The deck recently received a huge boost in power thanks the Theros and now has been doing okay.

Currently Rafiq of the Many is the general for two reasons. First, it is a bit of a red herring for what my deck does. My opponent may play defensively or prepare for an aggressive aura-heavy assault while I lay out my enchantments. Late game it can turn speed up the kill from Heliod, God of the Sun or Karametra, God of Harvests.

My favourite card in the deck is Enchanted Evening and all of the combos that go with it. It turns Yavimaya Enchantress into a huge creature, Aura Thief into a scary combo, Cleansing Meditation, Calming Verse and Primeval Light into one sided board removal, and Serra's Sanctum into even more of a mana producing champ. It also protects everything with Sterling Grove and eventually Privileged Position and Greater Auramancy. Aura Fracture also turns into great removal.With Mirari's Wake and Opalescence, it makes all of your lands 1/1's, and makes all opponents land's 0/0's.

The deck uses a number of pillowfort strategies to stay alive until a combo can go off. Planar Collapse , Root Maze , Parallax Wave, Ghostly Prison, Overburden, Mana Breach ect are all designed to keep my opponent from attacking me early on. With enough card draw from the Enchantresses, Solitary Confinement won't run out of gas. If that goes online, Luminarch Ascension will eventually allow me to overrun my opponent with 4/4's.
