At least a good -start- of a Dredge cEDH deck, using Chains of Mephisto and Hokori to grind games to a halt while you prepare for Academy Rector into Mortal Combat for the win.

Have -not- tested this yet, might need an additional land or two, but overall it's solid in goldfish (and not just a Hermit Druid Thass-O combo with a "dredge" shell).

Also has Gravecrawler + Phyrexian Altar + Blood Artist(s) as a secondary win-con, and Bloodchief's Ascension + Raven's Crime for all-game pressure.
