Combos/Powerful Synergy

Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond = infinite damage.

Ad Nauseam + Phyrexian Unlife = drawing entire deck, add Tainted Sigil or Children of Korlis to gain the life back.

Aetherflux Reservoir + Tainted Sigil + 51 life = dealing 50 damage to three players.

Beacon of Immortality + Sanguine Bond = kill one player.
