Welcome back Wallet Warriors! Ive got a very flavorful deck for you all this time around. When I was first introduced to the game and the color pie was shown to me I was almost immediately seduced by the dark side. The one thing that Ive loved about the color Black can be summed up pretty neatly in the flavor text of the card Dark Confidant: Greatness, at any cost.

The deck has no non-vampire creatures and Ive done my best to make sure every card follows this blood-sucking theme. This means we are playing some sub-optimal cards because they fit the theme but that doesnt mean the deck is necessarily weak. Vampires have had so much support this past year that the deck can have some strong games just off the back of the impressive creature suite.

Beyond just playing a bunch of vampires and hoping to run our opponents over we have two main synergies were looking to take advantage of in this deck. The first is turning our expendable vampire tokens into valuable resources. The second is draining life from our opponents and spending the extra life to good effect.
