Overall Goal

My aim of the deck is two win as fast as possible being able to tutor up the combo pieces to win. This deck is capable of a T2 win. Using cards like Winter Orb and Propaganda I hope to stall out my my opponents long enough to survive until the combo can be assembled. cards like Academy Ruins will help recur our combo pieces if they manage not to survive. By taking advantage of Urza's ability to tap artifacts we can abuse cards like Howling Mine and Static Orb to gain massive card advantage and lock our opponents down. any feedback or suggestions you have will be helpful!
