If everybody can't win, then at least nobody should lose!

This deck is dedicated to someone very special to me. They love unicorns and prefer games where there are no losers. So this is quite literally the perfect commander for them. They will never use it themselves because they don't even play MtG, but I will enjoy piloting the deck in their honor.

The cards here were chosen primarily based on artwork, referencing things that my friend loves: unicorns, trees, animals and nature in general, and anything pink or cute.

Ideally, we want to make everyone win with Princess Twilight Sparkle's {W}{U}{B}{R}{G} ability. But until those other MLP cards are actually, y'know, printed...we'll have to find other non-violent ways to bring the game to a friendly close.

Happily Ever After is a nice, celebratory way to do that. Maybe everyone doesn't win, but at least we can try to get there before anybody dies!

Same idea with Maze's End. With all the fun of making it through a good maze, it's time for a nap, so the game must come to an end!

But there is also a dark side to this friend of mine. And that's where the spice comes in. There are several cards here that turn these cute little critters into evil demons! :o And with just 4 of those demons in play with a Liliana's Contract, you win the game! That's right! Just you! Not everypony, only one pony! Sometimes the darkness takes over!

Overall we want to adhere to the core tenet of the deck, which is that we don't actively hurt any opponent. Our unicorns aren't really here to attack...unless someone has been mean to us, which means they lose their "friend" status, and at that point, anything goes. But because we're not trying to be aggressive or harm anyone, there are several combat-focused unicorns that weren't included here. Again, it's not strictly unicorn/horse tribal, it's primarily a manifestation/celebration of my wonderful friend's personality.
