Niv-Mizzet combo/control

Ways to win-

As a disclaimer, I did not include Laboratory Maniac. I don't like the card, it's stale, flavorless, and can be splashed into just about any blue combo deck. I wanted to win with Niv-Mizzet in a more unique way specific to him, using his own combos

Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind + Curiosity/Ophidian Eye/Tandem Lookout: Draw your deck out, dealing lethal damage to the players you consider to be the largest threat. To finish the game, you have a few options, assuming there are opponents left after the initial draw.

Option 1: Pass your turn. If the game has dragged on, this is probably the most secure choice, assuming resources are scarce. At EoT, discard the deck you drew, keeping an ideal hand with cheap or free interaction, such as Misdirection, Force of Will, and Pact of Negation. You will probably also want to keep a second combo win con, just in case. When your hand is discarded, Ulamog trigger will reshuffle your deck back together. On the next turns upkeep, cast a draw spell to repeat the process, or, if you have no mana resources, bounce 2 Islands for Gush, using your cheap interactions to ensure it resolves.

Option 2: If you have a red open, or mana of some sort, cast Winds of Change or another cyclic wheel, reshuffling and redrawing the deck instantaneously. You should be able to do this option simplest with the fast mana you drew (presuming it wasn't used prior in the game). Casting Chrome Mox gives you immediate access to WoC, elsewise you can use Mana Crypt --> Sol Ring/Mana Vault --> Izzet Signet. Regardless of your pathing, your goal is to reset and redraw in a single shot to finish off your remaining opponents.

Option 3: Easily the most convoluted but usable combo, using fast mana to drop Isochron Scepter, imprinting Dramatic Reversal, which let's you access any other combo the deck can use. Be it wheels, Mind Over Matter, etc.

If you don't succeed in using the most traditional Niv-Mizzet win combo, you aren't without other alternatives.

Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal + Azami, Lady of Scrolls/Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind + Mana Rocks: Simple and Straightforward. Untapping an infinite number of times utilizing Dramatic Scepter gives you the ability to draw your deck out with Azami or Niv and generate infinite mana with the rocks involved. This should give you access to everything you need, infinite mana will let you cast Niv-Mizzet (if you used Azami) and any other combo pieces you need to end the game.

Mind Over Matter + Azami, Lady of Scrolls/Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind: Quick and reletively easy. With Niv, this card enters you into an endless loop, drawing your deck out an infinite number of times, even being able to burn out players sitting on an infinite life total. Draw your deck out until you hit Ulamog, drop him to reshuffle your deck and rinse and repeat endlessly. With Azami things can be a little more complicated, ideally you want to have a few cards in hand when you start this combo so you can afford to cast other cards. In a worst case scenario, you want to draw until you hit Gush, which replaces itself with a total of 4 cards (2 Islands and 2 cards drawn) which can then allow you to cast the Dramatic Sceptor combo and again go infinite with mana, casting Niv-Mizzet and continuing to combo.
