Izzet=Shenanigans

Whats a better commander for this deck Keranos, God of Storms or Melek, Izzet Paragon?

Its really hard for me to choose between Melek, Izzet Paragon and Keranos, God of Storms. I almost always go off with Melek so i will be picking him for my General. Any advice and votes would be greatly appreciated.
