This deck has been a long project and has slowly evolved since it's initial construction. Here is the current list i have right now. Note the Taiga was a present, I didn't get it specifically for the deck :PEssentially the deck runs around gettng a large amount of mana out and keeping creatures off the board through the use of mass damage with cards like Magmaquake and Savage Twister , then using big creatures like Balefire Dragon, Avenger of Zendikar and Craterhoof Behemoth to finish, as well as surprise commander damage with my general Ruric Thar, the Unbowed with Xenagos, God of Revels for haste double damage, Berserk to trample and double power and bloodrush Skarrg Goliath . Ruric-Thar is my general due to sentimental reasons and to punish decks that are non-creature heavy, like voltron and combo decks.With the mass damage aspect i encountered a problem, my stuff was being killed too, so to counteract that I put in Soul of New Phyrexia and Vigor to protect my creatures.Recently though I have encountered another problem: When I play Ruric-Thar I am usually at a lower life total so my spells kill me too. I may need to add more creature spells but I dont know what creature spells to take out :/Any help or criticism is greatly appreciated and all suggestions will be looked into :)
