This is my Vadrok deck that I use in my playgroup. The goal of the deck is to simply get a lot of value with our commander's mutate trigger.

Dockside Extortionist , Underworld Breach and Windfall provide a lot of value for this deck and multiple combos with some loot effects like Frantic Search and Cathartic Reunion .

There are a lot of ways to return cards in hands, either enemy permanents or allied. We want to return enemy permanents in hands in order to wheel their hands afterwards and we want to return our commander in hand in order to get value out of the mutated creature and our commander.

A great interaction that returns our commander in hand is with Thing in the Ice   since when Vadrok, Apex of Thunder mutates on it, it keeps its creature type so when Thing in the Ice   flips, it returns itself in hand so we can repeat that effect and our commander's mutate trigger.

Thousand-Year Storm and Brain Freeze are great win cons and if all else fails, our commander can actually win quite often in commander damage thanks to having flying and first strike.

Monastery Mentor can give prowess to our commander even though he is human because the token it generates are only monks.
