Basic Focused Jhoira Cherios Deck that invests the money where it counts while keeping the total price somewhat limited.

Commander

Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain offers the ability to draw a card upon each and every cast of an artifact or legendary card. Combine this with cheap artifacts and you will go through your deck quite quick.

Discounters

Cloud Key, Helm of Awakening, Jhoira's Familiar, Enthusiastic Mechanaut, Foundry Inspector, Etherium Sculptor and Chief Engineer make your Artifacts cost less. Inspiring Statuary crucially makes your commander cast for only {U}{R} compensating commander tax after any number of mess ups. Phyrexian Metamorph and Sculpting Steel can be anything in this deck, but let's be real, most of the time they will copy one of the before mentioned cost reducer cards.

More Card Advantage

Cards like Teferi's Ageless Insight, The Reality Chip and Riddlesmith generate ways to filter and extend the card advantage generated by our commander.

Wincons

Sai, Master Thopterist, Saheeli, Sublime Artificer, Mirrodin Besieged generate lot's of tokens. Grapeshot, Reckless Fireweaver and Aetherflux Reservoir deal ridiculous amounts of damage. Temporal Fissure revokes the entire board. Also a flavourfull but niche way to win is to use Tezzeret the Seeker or Cyberdrive Awakener to hit the enemy in the face with all the useless crap we just dropped on the board to draw cards.

Cheerios and Rocks

Every Cheap artifact here can be played for free and draws you a card, duh. Most of them even do something meaningfull,... I swear.

Can't play blue without a little control

Why are wa playing counterspells? Simply put because we want to defend ourselves and have some form of interaction instead of playing solitaire. The challenge in this deck is to balance comboing with saving some mana to counter possible threats. Our monster of a drawing engine guarantees us to draw into new counters quite rapidly if needed.
