Hello TappedOut comunity! This is my first deck in this site, and I would love to share it with you. First, English is not my native language, so I can probably make some mistakes.

Second, this deck is what I have in real life, no cards over 30$ (I would kill for a Snapcaster Mage or a Force of Will). I play in a semi-competitive meta, so expensive cards aren't so much required.

You would like this deck if you like:

• Playing U/R and feeling like a mad sciencist (seriously, someday I'll buy a laboratory coat and play with it).

• Winning with infinite combos (But not abusing them).

• Mid-long duels, interactive ones.

• Bitchslapping the face of people who says "This isn't competitive because you don't have snappy or fow" and "your commander dies to Doom Blade".

You will not like this deck if:

• You don't like blue.

• You don't like red.

• You don't like blue and red together.

• You like the battle phase more than your girlfriend.

• You have bad memory to play combo.

Combos and synergies:

Here is where the thing becomes interesting.

• Call to Mind + Mystic Retrieval + Time Warp This and 12 mana (or less with Mizzix on the field) gives you infinite turns. Yeah, you can play Solitaire with this.

• Enter the Infinite + Mizzix's Mastery + Past in Flames = DRAW ALL THE CARDS!!1!one!1! (minus one, hehe).

Both of the combos above can be searched with Intuition, which can be tutored by Merchant Scroll! Oh My!

• Turnabout / Reality Spasm + Reiterate + Blue Sun's Zenith / Stroke of Genius / Fall of the Titans / Comet Storm = Infinite mana, damage or draw to kill (exterminate) all of your opponents. To do this, you just need Mizzix in the field and 4 experience counters, the way this works is:

Play Reality Spasm / Turnabout

In response, copy it with Reiterate paying the buyback cost

When the copy resolves and the original would resolve, copy it again, and after that, tap all your lands to generate mana.

Repeat a X number of times (remember that X can't be infinite)

With that X mana, play any of the other spells, and watch the WTF's face of your opponents.

Firemind's Foresight can search you Reiterate, Reality Spasm and Fall of the Titans, at instant speed!

Notable Omissions:

Anything that costs more than 30$, this is a semi-budget deck, but if you can afford it, great!
