Generic Fiddle Faddle

I wanted to try out Commander, stumbled on a site called EDHREC.com, asked it to generate a deck based on Meren of Clan Nel Toth, and now I'm here with it. Hey Guys!

Plan of Attack

My real plan is to work on the deck. I want to figure out how commander works and then start tinkering with this thing. Commander seems like a lot of fun. Please feel free to give any suggestions you like, go into as much detail about why and how to rearrange the deck as possible. Thanks in advance for the help!
