There are plenty of cards to either tap or untap stuff. Control the board accordingly; tap crucial permanents during other players upkeeps.

Casting Derevi as many times as possible, and also getting the combat damage triggers will allow you to untap mana and creatures. So cards like Rising Waters , Meekstone , Marble Titan , Hokori, Dust Drinker , and Dream Tides won’t affect you as much.

Recycle.

Plenty of ways to get stuff back from graveyard, wether it be Instant, and Sorceries; or Creatures, and Enchantments.
